“A visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues.”

At Lake Country Home Watch & Concierge, this means your home is being inspected by trained professionals who look for potential problems before they become costly ones. Each visit follows a customized checklist based on your needs and includes a digital report with photos and recommendations.

Even small issues, like a slow leak, a tripped breaker, or a pest entry, can quickly become serious if left unnoticed. Our Home Watch visits help identify these problems before they become major by checking in on your home. Keeping your property watched over and your mind at ease. 

We recommend weekly or bi-weekly visits, depending on your property’s systems and seasonal conditions. One-time visits, and post-storm inspections are also available to fit your lifestyle and home type. 

Our standard inspections include a full interior walkthrough and an exterior visual check of the property. We look for leaks, signs of water damage, pests, or anything out of place. We also run faucets, flush toilets, confirm thermostat settings, check that doors and windows are secure, and verify that all systems (HVAC, power, alarms) are functioning properly. A detailed digital report is provided after every visit. 

Yes. If we discover an issue, we’ll contact you immediately with details and photos. With your approval, we can coordinate directly with your preferred contractor or a trusted local vendor to address the issue quickly and cost-effectively.

Emergency visits can be scheduled as needed to ensure your home remains safe and secure during severe weather or unexpected events.
